I’ve been looking for a trustworthy, skilled mechanic for my BMW for years. I finally found it here! They repaired my convertible top for exactly the amount agreed-no funny business! They told me the costs for parts and labor-very transparent and they gave me alternative choices. They are honest, service minded and easy to work with. They have a customer for life in me!

I came to German Works for the first time today and they didn't really live up to all their great comments. I was greeted by Ryan which I had to ask him his name. He was friendly and the shop was clean. I went because my sensor lights came on warning me that an inspection was needed at 600 miles. My entire purpose for going to them was to have that reset and also to check my tires and fluids. I told Ryan that I know that oil changed are needed around 10k miles and I don't think an oil change was needed. I was always going to Clay Cooley VW to have them check my fluids and tires and they never told me that but they did tell me a few more other things that was way more money so I did appreciate Ryan honesty. I didn't know they stop putting the oil change stickers on and I told Ryan I wanted a sticker and on the sticker he put 38k which would be 10k miles. I feel like I have been robbed of my money and I should have been told up front that they could not reset the sensor and Ryan said that he would call me tomorrow when it is back up and going so now I have to make an unnecessary trip back there for that to be done and I am working a double shift tomorrow and they don't open on Saturday. So not to pleased.

Shout out German motor Works I called up there and Joe saved my life. I had my Audi S4 at the mechanic and they told me I needed a new transmission and said it would be about $10-$15,000. I took my car to a few different mechanics, and they all said the same thing once I called and spoke to Joe he had extensive knowledge on my vehicle. He told me the Audi dealership had a warranty extension on a part in my transmission and I should call them and they could possibly fix it. I did just that and now the dealership is fixing my car free of charge. I would’ve had no clue about this if I wouldn’t have called and spoke to the right people thank you Joe!

I highly recommend German Motor Works. You’re not going to get super cheap “shade tree mechanic” prices, but you’re also not paying dealership rates—they sit right in that perfect middle range, and the quality of work is absolutely worth it. The team has around 60 years of combined mechanical experience (if not more), and it really shows. Their work is consistently top-notch and done right the first time. I’ve never had to bring my vehicle back for the same issue after they’ve worked on it. The shop itself is very clean and professional, which says a lot about how they run their business. They’re well-established in the community and have built a solid reputation for a reason. If you want reliable, high-quality work at a fair price, this is definitely the place to go! Gary

Have been a regular customer from the last 2 years getting my BMW 328i 2013 model serviced. Trust me their Technicians are so knowledgeable that even the showroom guys were unable to find a fault in my hood which was a long problem. Joe the owner of this place and Ryan who is the Manager of this location are very good in understanding the customer needs and have always delighted me with their customer service. Their pricing is just as reasonable that one could expect from a costly German car service centre. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who want a one stop shop for all your German car needs.
