  This was the best rental car experience I have ever had…I travel a lot for work and sometimes the rental car process can be difficult, but the team at the Richardson location was exceptional…I dealt with 3-4 of the staff and not only were they professional, but friendly, attentive and just easy to work with…when I picked up and dropped off, they were extremely busy, but always took the time to help, keep me updated and overall just a great experience…thanks everyone.

  Renting in this location it has become and issue. They never have cars available, today they gave me a car with the tags expired. I got a $383 ticket because someone in this branch is not their job properly. It is the second time I’ve had problems, you rent for a specific car and when you got to the branch they never have availability.

  I called ahead to let them know I would be coming to get a rental for my insurance claim Rashead Lyles was very polite and he told me he could get me in a SUV like I was driving for 9 something extra a day I told him I just wanted a compact car with about the same kind of gas mileage my Rav 4 was getting I thought after telling him that he was going to give me alot smaller car but when he walked around back with me I was very shocked when I was driving away in a 2025 Malibu that had leather seats heated and cooled seats and heated steering wheel and even remote start. When I took the car back today he saw me and waited on me and then we went out back to look it over he asked me if I had any mechanical issues and how I liked it and I said I loved it then he asked me do you want to buy it.lol. Thank You So Much for your professional customer service skills. I highly recommend Rashead Lyles.Thanks again Mike Chappell

  Excellent customer service!!! We were in town for vacation and had car trouble. Everyone here was so helpful and got us into a car right away so we could continue with our vacation plans! So very grateful!

  I had a reservation booked ahead of time and showed up expecting a simple pickup, but when I arrived I was told they would not rent to me unless I had a credit card because my driver’s license is from out of state. That requirement was never mentioned anywhere during the online reservation process, and if it had been clearly stated I could have planned for it or chosen another company. It was extremely frustrating to show up with a confirmed reservation only to be turned away over a policy that was never disclosed beforehand. A reservation should actually mean something, and basic requirements like payment restrictions should be clearly communicated so customers are not blindsided at the counter. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.
