  Connor provided excellent service at Kwik Car. He was professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what my car needed without any pressure. The service was quick and smooth, and I really appreciated his friendly attitude. Highly recommend asking for Connor!

  Went to Kwik Kar for an oil change. Nicole was very friendly and professional about helping me figure out what oil works best and gave a comprehensive review of my car. Juan also did a great job with the service. Would recommend!

  I visited this location for an oil change 12/18/25. The service and upsell were typical, however my car manual was on the floor board of the passenger seat, which I found odd. In all the oil changes I have had, not once has anyone rummaged through my glove compartment or console. I was in a hurry and put the manual back and didn't think twice about it. I checked my glove compartment a few days later for several spa gift cards I kept in there to give for Christmas. I had not noticed they were missing until I had already left town. This oil change was the only time someone had access to my vehicle without me in it. I know I'll never see the gift cards again nor will I return to this location, but thought this was worth sharing.

  They are awesome. Customer service is great. They are truthful and helpful. I thought I need new brakes and once they took the tires off they realized they had plenty of life left. I appreciate the honesty when they could have charged me do it. I would recommend them to everyone!

  Checked in at 12:35 with Rafael. One vehicle ahead of mine. That oil change took 45 minutes and was finished (I thought) but truck was only partially pulled out. They messed up the bill on the vehicle in front of mine. 3 employees working, when I started to leave Rafael apologized and said one person was training, that’s why the vehicle in front of mine took 45 minutes. Only took 10 minutes to do mine but did not give me a receipt. I take all three of our family vehicles to this location and this was absolutely the worst experience ever. Rafael asked if he could do anything to make it right, but I was so annoyed at that time. No detailed receipt was presented. Caused me to be late for a family event. Why have 2 bays and 3 employees and take so long for a simple oil change (other vehicle not mine). I will be taking my business to the new 5-minute location on Campbell going forward.
