This location does not call to inform you of any changes whatsoever, and through calling a different location today for help, the much more helpful representative at the love airfield location told me that they are supposed to ALWAYS call you BEFORE charging your card. I got a rental through insurance, and need to keep it past the date that my insurance would cover it. I knew I would pay each day from then on. What I did don't know and nobody informed me if, is that the $50 deposit is for insurance vehicles, and it goes to $300 after insurance stops covering it on top of the daily costs. So I had $250 I was not expecting taken right out of my account on top of my expected rental costs with no call or anything. I called, and then was informed of this. A few days later I go to a dealership to get my own car, and had just enough for a decent down payment, but when I checked my account just in case at the dealership another $450 was taken. I called immediately and was informed that it was their automated system preemptively charging me for another week. No call was made to me to inform me of this charge, and the refund still hasn't come through. And I'll state again that only after all of this and calling a different location was I informed that they are SUPPOSED to call any customer BEFORE they charge you. Only due to my awesome and understanding boss sending me the difference in the meantime was I able to make my down payment to get a vehicle. This location is awfully unprofessional with its monetary practices and leaves you in the dark as if an unexpected total of close to $700 is just fine for average Americans. It is not. I have bills as we all do, and this disregard for my money is unacceptable, especially in this economic climate. Avoid this location like the plague.
Anyone else going through something similar please report your incident to the Better Business Bureau as I have for fraudulent charges. Automation CANNOT NOR SHOULD NOT be able to be used as an excuse to take money for unused services or unjust penalties at a moments notice or no notice at all. The more reports the more likely they will be forced to change and move away form these unexcusable practices.

One of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I booked a Standard SUV, not a Mid-Size SUV, because I needed the extra space for luggage. But they handed me a Mazda CX-5, which is literally a Mid-Size SUV, and tried to convince me it’s “standard.” Who would've thought a rental car place wouldn’t understand the difference between a Standard SUV and a mid-size SUV?
I paid for a Standard SUV and still got charged for it even though they gave me a smaller class. No price adjustment, no apology, nothing. And then it took them around 25 mins after payment just to bring the car out. Staff didn’t seem too interested in helping either.On the top of that, the car has only 35 miles range (almost empty)when they gave it to me.
One more thing — they asked for my employer details. When I asked why, they said they’re “cracking down on theft.” This is the first time I’ve ever been asked for something like that. Normally I just make a reservation, show my license and credit card at pickup, and that’s always been enough. Asking for employer information is totally unacceptable. If they’re really trying to crack down, a valid license and credit card should be more than enough.
Super annoying experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

This particular location has the very best staff. I rent often for business travel and they have taken excellent care of me every single time, no matter how complicated my situation becomes. I go out of my way to rent from this location every single time and they have never let me down.

Had insurance rental for body work scheduled for next day pick up and needed a van to fit my 3 car seats in. Manager called after the booking to explain that they were not able to rent the vans they had because they were on a recall. All fine set me up in the system for a VW atlas with 3rd row seating and said they would hold the vehicle for me if I came and picked it up that day, I agreed and verified they could pick me up from the reliable chevy body shop as it was already 3pm. Got to the body shop to drop off my vehicle at 3:45PM and the body shop called to let them know to come pick me up and she was informed the pickup was not supposed to be until the next day but they would come get me. FIRST strike the manager didnt even change my dates in the system! 4:40PM nobody has picked me up and now Enterprise is not answering the phones the public line or the manager line. Body shop didnt want to leave me without a way to get home so they gave me back my vehicle. I drove over to enterprise to see what was going on. At this point I'm calling the public line and its just ringing until they pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I thought surely they arent just hanging up on people. Got inside and saw them in person just picking up the phone and hanging up. Finally got to speak with somebody there and he had no idea about any rental updates made by the manager who was no longer there. Finally got inside the vehicle and the TPMS AND the gas light are on. Lovely. I hope this is the first location to go during the downsize. I rent about 20 vehicles during the year for work and this is by far the worst location.

Insurance reserved a rental.This was the SECOND enterprise I had to call first left me on hold for 40 minutes! Spent 5 minutes talking to one employee about my rental. Was available as of yesterday for pickup for 20 days. then he hands me to another employee without even telling me. the new employee says how may I help you? I said I was talking to someone already. He says I know he handed the phone to me. I say okay. He didn't tell you anything that we talked about? He says no. So I tell him my insurance has scheduled a pickup available today. He asked if my vehicle was at a shop. I said no. He says then you can't pick it up. Insurance won't approve it if it is at a shop. I saynot correct my vehicle isn't drivable and rental is approved. He says same thing. I say are you even looking at my reservation? he didn't reply to that just said I coldn't pick it up. I USE TO WORK FOR ACOMPETING RENTAL CAR COMPANY I KNOW HE WASN'T EVEN CHECKING. IF A VEHICLE IS DRIVABLE THEN YES IT HAS TO BE AT A SHOP. IF IT ISN'T DRIVABLE ISNURANCE APPROVES A RENTAL IMMEDIATELY IT WAS IN THE NOTES. I had to call another enterprise to get it scheduled for pick up.
ENTERPRISE NEEDS TO HIRE MORE STAFF AND MAKE SURE THEY NOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY. IT TOOK ME 1.5 HOURS CALLING 3 LOCATIONS TO GET MY RENTAL SCHEDULED FOR PICKUP. WHAT A JOKE!!!!
