  tanked is the best way to describe their service after changing to "Clay Cooley".... went in for my routine service, it took about an hour, but my advisor spent no more than 10 words with me and I could not describe worse customer service. To be fair, i rarely buy anything they try to upsell, but not being offered their complimentary wash as always was disappointing. He didn't even go over everything at the end, just gestured to my car and expected me to leave. They either noted me as someone to not waste their time to upsell, or just have completely tanked in customer service. Either way, we won't be coming back to purchase our next car soon.

  Bought a vehicle from here 2 months ago. Vehicle wasn’t prepped for sale (shipping film on doors, interior not detailed, exterior not washed). Brought vehicle in for service today and was told a full service detail was done. Look at pictures and decide if this was done . I had to hunt down the registration sticker even though we already had the license plates. While I was waiting I witnessed Teri, the lady who works front desk yell and argue with someone over phone about registration. This is not a place I want to buy from if she can not be professional. This will be the last vehicle purchased from here due to service issues and lack of attention to detail in every aspect of the buying experience.
