I wanted an all-wheel alignment, but at 90,000+ miles knew there might be other issues. Scott said they would take a look. He sent photos to me that a showed the seals on my front struts were blown and leaking hydraulics. That explained the wonkyness of my drive. We discussed the possibilities. He told me the price, I checked it was within in market specs. The job was done in the time quoted. Overall it was a very good experience. This was my first time dealing with Brakes Plus and I will be back. Thanks, Scott.

I understand their job is to upsell and provide guidance, but if I’m walking in asking for my brake pads,to be replaced and nothing else that’s what I expect the outcome to be. I’m more than happy to hear what their advice is, but if I disagree with it, I don’t think it’s ok to receive a different kind of treatment, unfortunately that was the case. Had to take my car elsewhere
