  My favorite and most beloved person of this location Ms. Lori, has done such an outstanding job taking care of me and my family. Lori is very respectful, mindful, and truly thoughtful, even as far as going to diagrams to teach a customer is almost a loss tradition with how fast the city is growing and many other options out there, I truly believe Her custom style of Cusomter service is an asset that hard to come by. I took the time out to give you all, a vivid image of what should be Standard and a model of how textbook yet so welcoming a person can be, a honor to do business with you, Thank you again, Lori.

  Courtney, was very professional and friendly. My wife and I felt like we were in good hands. Courtney explained to us what was wrong with our vehicle and let us know what needed to be done. The technician/mechanic got to work right away and repaired our vehicle in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

  Courtney helped me out in the front and she did an amazing job she worked on my Chevrolet Silverado all my alighnment was mest up and they fixed it I would recommend Any one to come here !

  I stopped by Brakes Plus because my tail lights weren't lighting up when I was braking. Scott and his associate were so prompt! He was able to take a look at and fix my lights within a half hour! And he was incredibly complimentary - said he just had to replace two bulbs and he had some spares anyways - and he didn't charge me one penny for the work and time he put into my car! Truly a godsend after I just had other costly repairs on my car. To be able to fit me in without and appointment, get me in and out in half an hour, and then being so kind and not even have me pay, they really know what they're doing over there at Brakes Plus and aren't crooks like a lot of places! Would highly recommend for your car's needs! Thanks again, Scott!

  I had an amazing experience getting my car fixed here today. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Special shout out to the store manager Scott and the mechanic on site who worked on my car. They both went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe and in a better condition than I brought it in. They also took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. What really stood out was how much they cared about my safety because they discovered an issue that could have caused serious damage if left unfixed and addressed it right away, which ultimately saved me a lot of money in future repairs. The customer service was exceptional, honest, and very thoughtful. I truly appreciate all their efforts so highly recommended!!!
