I go to this Pilot a lot and everyone here is so friendly! It's clean and tighty. When the fuel bay computer goes down at the pump and you let them know they are on it to get it fixed. I really like all the employees there everyone is so nice and helpful. They always have a smile on and treat you like they have known you for a long time! Thanks everyone at the Pilot on 287 North for being so awesome! Your appreciated!

Came in to get some food around 3 today. This place is disgusting. The bathrooms are filthy for starters with no paper towels. Then I went to pj fresh and it was anything but fresh. They had 4 slices of pizza that was like cardboard, the rest of the food looked like it’s been sitting there all day. How can they sell crap like this to customers? Management really needs to rethink their standards because there are none in this kitchen. The lady that prepped my food could have at least told me that this stuff is really old but instead she just rang me up like it was nothing, have you no respect? This garbage food can get someone sick. I will be contacting corporate are this as well.

Was mildly disappointed, pulled in to do a 34hr reset. Took way to long to get a shower, noticed multiple diesel pumps out of order. I asked about the wifi not working was told they got rid of it because they don't have good signal there. Come on pilot if a location can't get good service look for an alternative

There’s no leadership when it comes to keeping the fuel island open. How is America supposed to have standards when an american institution doesn’t keep it. Smh

Weird parking lot)) a couple of working showers, some guy going around selectively knocking on truck doors telling drivers they can’t park here, even though most stayed anyway. As soon as a few trucks pulled out of our spots, others immediately took them—and I’m not even talking about prime parking. At the register, the cashier girl was really rude. All in all, a fun truck stop. Pilot keeps up the tradition!!!
