- JMJoshua M.Nov 11, 20252.0Service Manager lied to me. She stated a part for warranty work would be 3 days out. Meanwhile, it was sitting on the shelf in store the whole time. She called to tell me car was ready for pickup and that the part had came in quicker than expected. She never apologized for lying. When I went twice to speak with her I had to track her down since she wasn't in the "office". She was in the office next to it in the dark playing on her phone. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for her in the service dept. Management always days they will "talk" to their employees utilizing it never goes anywhere. I don't believe they take customer complaints serious. Such a disappointment....This dealership use to be great under the old owners until Mike Terry took over. Completely down hill. Locals pay attention to these things. We aren't just people passing through. Also, don't get me started on the sales guy who also lied to me and went against what I told him I wanted done as far as a new car. Finance manager says she'll "Talk to him" which I highly doubt went anyway if she did talk to him. There won't be another car bought here. FYI....Your Auto Response Shows just how little you care for customer satisfaction. All about the money 💰.

For not allowing me to leave with out a vehicle she went above and beyond to find me a vehicle in my price range ive tried multiple dealers and its always a no or do you have this down or what about a cosigner, but not here Em was able to get me in my new car with a low down payment and lower monthly payments, she is also helped me to start building auto credit by getting me approved!! When no one else gave the time or day, spent hrs at those other dealers to not leave in a vehicle spent some time here and it was worth it , I have my new ride thank you em so much and thank you to the detailer my car looks sooo good I love it. THANK YOU MIKE TERRY CHEVROLET !!!
