  This is my neighborhood Enterprise in Red Oak .Very convenient. The service I received from the Mgr. Greg was top notch. He was very professional yet personable. He address any concerns and all questions I had.He went above and beyond to make the experience a good one. He even gave me a ride home. That's service!! Thank you Greg!

  Easy pick up. Easy drop off. Started out on the iffy side upon making my reservation. After I made the reservation I get a call from the pick up location. The young man said he didn't have the vehicle I requested (large suv) but he could get me into a pickup truck. Hesitant to say yes but since it was a last minute reservation I agreed to it. When I arrived the agent said he had a Chevrolet Silverado. Basically brand new. Only 17,000 miles on it. And it did not disappoint. Go team Red Oak. I appreciate your business. 😎

  I came to pick up a rental car that was reserved through my insurance. They told me the car was being cleaned, so I let them know I’d be back after returning my current rental at another rental company. When I came back, the office was closed and no one was there. Who leaves in the middle of a business day with no one available to help customers???? Now I am having to find other means of transportation to go to work at the last minute!!!

  Will never rent from this location again they kept my deposit after I already returned the rental and they are still trying to charge my credit card back for a final charge which should’ve already been completed after I returned the rental…
