When I called them, they told me they forgot to tell me that they couldn’t recharge my unit and Sent Me (20) miles south to another kwik Kar that could do the work. Now they won’t answer my call. The quick car in Waxahachie,Texas Absolutely have much more compassion for customer service, and is currently working to get my A/C up and running. They promised me that we call the other location, but obviously didn’t. Therefore, if you are ever needing to go to KWIK KAR, I would recommend you going to Waxahachie, Texas and not Red Oak.
