- RARegina ArledgeJan 15, 20265.0GREAT AUTOZONE EXPERIENCE: After work I pulled into my garage and got out of my car. I took care of my dog then I got back into my car to go to get my nails done. My car wouldn’t start. It was the battery. I attempted to contact several people to help me to remove my old battery to take it to AutoZone to get another battery. No one answered. I went to AutoZone in my other car and explained my situation. Well an employee in AutoZone asked another employee to follow me home after getting the new battery no charge with my warranty. He removed my old battery and replaced it with the new battery. My car was running. Thank you AutoZone for rescuing me when I was in a negative situation.
