  I came in today simply asking if they could help me with a license plate bulb replacement, they did not even come to look at the car or even attempt to help. Just told me we don't do that.

  Dear AutoZone Corporate Customer Service, I am writing to formally report an unacceptable customer service experience involving the store manager, Damaris, at your Red Oak location. During my recent visit, I sought assistance and was met with behavior that was dismissive, unprofessional, and lacked the level of courtesy expected especially from someone in a management position. As a store manager, Damaris represents the standard for customer service within that location, which made the interaction even more concerning. Instead of receiving helpful guidance or support, I experienced an unwelcoming attitude and a lack of willingness to assist. The tone and approach taken during our interaction felt dismissive and did not reflect the professionalism customers should expect from AutoZone leadership. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer and has negatively impacted my perception of the store. Management plays a critical role in setting the tone for both employees and customers, and this interaction did not reflect positively on your brand.

  GREAT AUTOZONE EXPERIENCE: After work I pulled into my garage and got out of my car. I took care of my dog then I got back into my car to go to get my nails done. My car wouldn’t start. It was the battery. I attempted to contact several people to help me to remove my old battery to take it to AutoZone to get another battery. No one answered. I went to AutoZone in my other car and explained my situation. Well an employee in AutoZone asked another employee to follow me home after getting the new battery no charge with my warranty. He removed my old battery and replaced it with the new battery. My car was running. Thank you AutoZone for rescuing me when I was in a negative situation.
