- RBRobin BrennDec 31, 20255.0Nat is awesome . She went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I went there to get my battery and alternator tested and it showed the battery was bad . So they couldn’t do a test on my alternator til I had a good battery on it. She went and got me a battery so we could test the alternator . She changed out the batteries on her own . Believe me and there was a lot coming off my battery. She done the test then on alternator and it was good . I’m was impressed w the knowledge she has and the persistence she had on making sure she had done everything she could do to make me a satisfied customer . Auto zone needs to make sure they keep her and she is a good candidate to be promoted to higher level. She is very pleasant and has a pleasant personality. I was very comfortable around her and never doubted her knowledge . I’m a very satisfied customer and will always be a customer as long as you have people like her working for you . Thank you! - ARAmy RamesbothomDec 13, 20255.0I stopped in Auto Zone in Quinlan, TX on Friday, December, 12th to get a turn signal bulb. Nat offered to help me. I wasn't for sure which one I needed, so we go out to my vehicle and Nat got on the ground under the front of truck and under the hood trying to get at the turn signal bulb. To make a long story short, Nat figured out that the didn't need replacing, it just came loose. Nat went above and beyond. She fixed my problem and it didn't cost me anything! Thank you
