  I came through the car wash today and had Amir helping me at the load-in station, and honestly he made the whole experience so smooth. He was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell he really cares about doing his job right and treating customers well. My car came out great, but what really stood out was his positive attitude and professionalism. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car wash!

  I pulled out of monthly subscription and stopped going here. Because the brushes directly begin start cleaning without even a prestage of water to remove the upper layer. This is unusual and caused lot of scratches on my car. I showed them to the people who were onsite and I was asked to call zips car wash. And you know what happens after that ! Nothing.

  UPDATE: I did reach out to your support. I did that before I ever posted anything and this was the reply: "Please note that all refund requests must be processed at the location before leaving the site. Our attendants are available during operating hours to assist with any concerns, including service issues or payment errors, at the time of service. Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue refunds once the transaction has been completed and the customer has left the premises."" I visited this car was on Sunday March 22nd at 11:30am. I purchased the Premium was. I left the wash and my car was still covered in soap. I am attaching photos of this. I immediately went to the Zip's website. There is an option to request a refund. I selected that option and let them know my concerns. This is the response that I received from their customer service: "Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about your recent experience. Please note that all refund requests must be processed at the location before leaving the site. Our attendants are available during operating hours to assist with any concerns, including service issues or payment errors, at the time of service. Unfortunately, we’re unable to issue refunds once the transaction has been completed and the customer has left the premises." I will never visit any Zip's Car Washes again and I am advising anyone that sees this that they do not stand behind their work.

  I have about 6month or so being a member, I feel like no manager or ... on this location every time i have to wait to someone come & sign me in there no towel everytime i go there today the big roler break my windshild i talk to young lady she gave me a card but no one answer i know is sunday i try to call in the morning to see please take look on this review & do something Thank you

  I received an $18 car wash two days ago. While I was there, I got out to vacuum my car and noticed that the under carriage of my car was completely dirty still. I asked a worker that was sweeping the area about it and he said that “a technician needs to come.” He shut down the conversation after that, so I called Zips and they offered a refund (I didn’t even ask for it.) Then, I received an email today saying they couldn’t refund the car wash because that must be done on-site before I drive away. This place is overpriced and has terrible customer service.
