  They did an okay job, but there was little communication of costs or what was being used. They just treated me like a cash cow to process, even though it was empty when I went.

  Took my vehicle to get an oil change on Monday, April 6th, and one of the employees broke my hood prop. I noticed when they were trying to bend it to fix it. They told me it was fine, but something told me that was not the case. As soon as I left, I checked it, and of course it was broken. I turned around, and they tried to fix it again, to which I told them they needed to replace it due to how damaged it was. I was told to call Valvoline customer service and submit a claim. I did right away, and I was told I would hear back from them in about 24 hours. It is now April 9, and no one has reached out to me. I called customer service back, and to my surprise, they had been waiting for some kind of link the shop is supposed to send to order the part, and that has not been done. The care representative reached out to the district manager, and he was not even aware of the issue. He was not much help either. He gave the care representative the store manager’s direct phone number, and she just got her voicemail. At this point, I don’t even know if the part was even ordered. I will never bring any of my vehicles back to this location. Poor communication and no quick action or accountability for their mistake.

  I have had my oil changes done here for several years and continue to come back because the service is fast and friendly, they tell you the extras you need but are not pushy… love it here!!!

  My son was asked if he wanted the same oil as was used in the previous visit and was told it was the synthetic blend. That was false. I have only used conventional. By the time he called me to send him more money for the additional charge, the oil change had been completed. I’m unhappy that the type of oil we use was changed and that we were charged more than we usually pay. I’ve been a Valvoline customer for a long time and have never had this issue before.
