  My car finally crapped out and after visiting a dealership that was DEFINITELY trying to take advantage of my situation, I took my brother’s advice and went to Shottenkirk CDJR in Prosper and I could NOT be happier. Joshua Music explained every single thing on my new vehicle, the deal itself, and had the vehicle prepped before I arrived and cleaned SPOTLESS before I left! The service team introduced themselves to be my future techs and even the finance guy was a pleasure. I honestly could not be happier and cannot imagine going somewhere else in the future. 10/10 car buying experience and will be back to this location and team!

  I’ve always dreaded coming to dealerships. But this time around was amazing . My sales person Alex went above and beyond I had other places I was looking at, but he got back to me immediately he actually sent me a video personalized saying hey Renee here’s the inside of the car that you’re interested and I hope to see you and that won me over. He even was returning messages to me on Sunday when he was off work. The gentleman his name was Mike. I think he was like the general manager or sales manager, but he was phenomenal . They both made me laugh and worked hard to get me the best deal! And shout out to the salesmen who has a treasure chest of snacks!!!!

I came in with an older Jeep to trade, and he took the time to really understand my situation and what I needed in a payment and a car. Shane worked the numbers with Aaron and got me a strong value for my trade, then found the best option available so I could upgrade into a new car without stretching my budget. I did have to come back for a few minor things after the sale, but Shane and the team took care of everything quickly and without any hassle. He was honest, patient, and never pushy, which made a normally stressful process feel simple. I’d definitely recommend Shottenkirk CDJR and suggest asking for Shane if you’re trading in and want someone who will actually work for you.
