I almost left and I should have cause there was no resolution or discount for my wait after no communication. I understand it had everything to do with the person in front of me but literally nothing was said to me for 30 minutes while I waited. Pulled up and asked why it took that long and was told it was cause she was helping other customers. Never coming here again. I’ve never been to a car wash where I’ve had to wait longer than 5 maybe 10.
