  I have about 2 years being a member, I feel like home when Alec is on duty, he always have a Professional attitude, and always willing to go the extra mile, many blessing for him and for Zips. Thank you Alec!

  Extremely unprofessional ,racist experience. The attendant (picture below) on duty flatly refused to wash my vehicle and told me to go to another location without providing any reason or explanation. Unbelievable I have escalated this matter to corporate and will follow up

  Top tier membership plan, and not very satisfied with the service. Truck comes out still wet, there are no clean towels that are dry, they don’t have the blower gun to blow the air out of the crevices and the site is trashed. The wash is very aggressive and probably hard on the paint, but definitely hard on the exterior. It broke my antenna.

  The only good thing about this place is its location. Otherwise it’s trash. My car never comes out clean. There’s a spot of something on my hood that’s been there through ~8 washes now. Most recent visit- after the snow storm, they were PACKED. After I went through, my car was still soaking wet and had a ton of soap all over it. And there were no towel available for the next 15 minutes because they were still being “washed.” I had to wait in the long line again to go through again. Towels are never dried, always wet, so especially when it’s cold out, it’s really harsh on your hands to have to towel dry your car with cold wet towels. The towels are filthy too- I’ve noticed streaks they leave on my windows and car. All the 5 star ratings on this business are SUPER sketchy. 1800+ please. There are not that many people out here who are going out of their way to right positive reviews of a CAR WASH. I doubt they’ve even had 1800+ separate customers.

  The tunnel did a great job, and my car is much cleaner, but there were some issues. They do not provide any undercarriage options like I was expecting. They provide drying towels, but they were already soaked, so I was not able to clean my windows with their provided spray without leaving smears. Glad I only did one as a test-window before doing my windshield. Also on the phone they say they close at 8, but a worked told me thwy shut off the vacuums at 7:05. However they shut it off earlier than that, so I was not finished when it was shut off, thinking I had 5 more minutes. Overall a mediocre car wash.
