    I’m not sure what has changed at this location. I’ve been a customer at this location since they opened up a few years ago. Came in for service with my company car and left because they started working on another vehicle after I was there 10 minutes before the other vehicle. They fraudulently billed my company for services that were NOT provided. Poor customer service.

    Wouldn’t recommend. No attention to detail. Car was leaking oil Valvoline assured me said it was just residual oil took it next door to Brakes Plus they checked and found it was a loose oil filter.

    Customer service was terrible. They were not friendly. More interested in air pods and talking than acknowledging customers. Out of window cleaner and didn’t even tell me until I asked why was empty. I won’t be a customer

    First, they were out of the oil I usually use which is fine that happens but the guy started draining my oil before I was told about the oil being out of stock so I didn’t get the option to just go somewhere else. Secondly, I called before I went in to see if they took cash and they said yes. I left my card at home and didn’t want to have to turn around if they accepted cash. When I got there, they said they weren’t accepting cash because they couldn’t give me change. I said “I literally called and I was told yall accept cash.” I only had a $100 bill on me so they got a $15 “tip” from me and it wasn’t deserved. They weren’t very friendly.

    I went into this location 11/3 for an oil change. My car then started acting up. It was pulling and having a hard time accelerating. I went back to this location on 11/10 for my differential fluid change. I let the technician, who was the same guy that helped me days before, know that my car had been acting up. He just said do a tune up. Thankfully, I got my tune up done somewhere else, but the car was still pulling and acting up. I decided to take it to Subaru to see what was going on. On the way to the dealership the car would rev up but wouldn’t move. It was pulling and jerking the whole way over. Subaru did an entire diagnostic and immediately found out that the oil had 3 quarts too much oil in it and was ‘choking the system.” I called this location to let them know what happened. After telling the rep what happened, she asked me what I wanted to do about it. I figured if someone messes up your car or doesn’t perform a service properly, they would at least like to know and would have a protocol. The rep said they put in a claim and someone would call me. Almost 3 weeks later, no one called so I reached out. The rep said the claim was closed because it was resolved. They said because I went in a second time, it was determined that my issue was resolved. Not sure how that conclusion could have been made, especially since no one called me at all to find out if it was resolved. After waiting 3 weeks, not being able to talk to anyone from the actual location, and how unprofessional their customer service is, my husband and I decided we had already been through enough stress and to move forward. I just wanted to let someone from this location know since no one tried reaching out and we can’t talk to anyone directly. I find it to be really bad customer service that you guys almost damaged my vehicle and there’s no way to actually reach you guys. Luckily, Subaru acted quick and fixed your mess up. I will never get a service done here or anywhere besides Subaru. Go to your dealership to make sure you don’t end up with costly repairs and to make sure the service is done right. It’s not worth paying very expensive services to be done wrong and you may end up paying even more to have it corrected.
