- SRSurendhar ReddyJan 6, 20261.0Very poor service, in last service I reposted rear break noice, to fix the noice they recommended and replaced rear break pads and rotors, and within six months getting noice again and when asked them, they replaced again and put the laber charge on me, why should I pay charge two times with in six months ??? (It’s fault from part manufacturer or service man who placed them, but not from me) when I question them, they are not willing to talk.. not welcoming me to discuss at all .. very poor service and very poor customer receiving.. disappointed ☹️ with them.

I was told if they do all this my car will be good to go for a long time. They had my car for 3 days , called said it was all fixed. I pay 2600+ the check engine light is still on I was told by Jose that I need to go to Lincoln to have them reset the light. I check my glove box driving away & my 380 gun is gone. I called no one wants to talk to me, I report it stolen. I take my car to Lincoln turns out there is still items in need of repair. They put too much fluid in my transmission and now the entire thing needs to be rebuilt. 5,000k plus repair. All of this is documented by Lincoln. What’s wild is that no manager no district manager no one will call me back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I’m going to have to get an attorney & I don’t have a car to drive. ***UPDATE I did receive a call from the district manager who was very nice, seems as though he can help, I’ll update this again.
