  I’ve brought my vehicles there for standard maintenance and for issues. These guys are great, especially Jose!!! They are definitely a go to shop!

  I had my oil changed, paying $106,00 for full syntetic oil (Prosper). My car has 39k miles so the next change should be in at least 45k miles, however the Kwik Kar service center in Prosper generated a sticker yo change the oil again at 42k miles, I asked for clarification and requested to fixed it because changing full syntetic oil again at 3k miles is not justified. I was informed by the employee who assisted me that could not do anything because the system calculates the next change automatically, I am bit frustrated with this experience

  Walked in to ask about emissions test. The guy who answer scoffed like he was annoyed I didnt know their new tech's work schedule. Did he offer to schedule or any advice on how to follow up. No. He seemed pained. Went elsewhere and will not be back.

  If you want to get treated like trash come to this place. The front desk person is rude, abrasive was on a personal call when I got there clearly agravated on the phone about a parking ticket and took that out on me when he hung up. I left. Their service personnel might be good but it doesnt matter if the customer facing members are horrible.
