From my initial call, Eric took the time to thoroughly answer my questions, address my concerns, and clearly explain pricing expectations—there were no surprises! When I came in thinking I needed an alignment, Eric showed me that the real issue was my camber. He walked me through the findings, explained the problem clearly, and outlined exactly what was needed. He truly went above and beyond, even shuttling us back to our home just five minutes away. In short, the experience reflected dealership-level professionalism, quality service, and an affordable price. I’ll absolutely be bringing my BMW back in the next few months when my front brakes are due. Highly recommend Eric and his team.
