Great experience and exceptional customer service for my inspection. They finished mine in less than an hour and were helpful walking through everything. Highly recommend this business.

The store manager Eric Smith went above and beyond to help me with the brakes on my car! They were bad and need replacement. He was able to make the brake job more affordable for me to get them done that day.

I bring my car here all the time. They do more than brakes which I didn’t know until I came in. Everyone is always very nice, in person and on the phone. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Anthony, Bruce and the other guys are awesome!

Short story - misleading and overpriced. Long story - I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change, full synthetic, with a coupon attached. When I arrive first thing, I get checked in immediately and hand over my keys. The dude I spoke with was awesome and friendly, and told me they'd apply the coupon after the service was done. Great start. Easy enough! Now, an hour goes by. Another guy calls me up and tells me they’re done. I’m a bit eager to leave, since I’ve another appointment to head to, so I tap my card, have them email me the receipt, and head out. Well, come to find out, I was charged $100 ($97.85, but close enough). It was definitely more than I expected, and though I was initially chill about, my friends all insisted I was ripped off. Since my receipt was never emailed to me, I ended up having to call over to get it, and lo and behold, of course, the coupon was never applied. Either way, it's ridiculous to charge so much just for a quick oil change. So, to anyone reading, try to call around elsewhere, or buy your own oil (Costco!) and have the technician (preferably unrelated with this location) use it instead of their own, else they will use and abuse that wallet.

Gave 1-Star Review for recent Extremely Poor Customer Service experience – Avoid This Location I’ve been a regular customer at this Brakes Plus for over a year and generally had good experiences—until my most recent visit. The service advisor, Bruce, was being Condescending and impatient right from the start while interacting with me. I came in for a standard Oil Change Plus package, which has always cost around $100–$150 (including the inspection, tire rotation, etc.). Instead, Bruce came back with a massive $2,700 estimate for a long list of “recommended” repairs and immediately started pressuring me hard to approve everything on the spot. When I asked for a printed copy of the estimate so I could get a second opinion (something any reasonable customer would do), he got visibly offended and made a scene in front of other customers. He sarcastically snapped and yelled twice, “Tell me please, I will give it to you”—like I was being difficult for simply wanting documentation of a multi-thousand-dollar quote. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary . This kind of childish, condescending attitude has no place in customer service. We’re paying with our hard-earned money, not running a charity for the shop (and they’re definitely not running one for us). Basic respect, clear explanations, and professionalism should be standard. Despite his terrible behavior, I still authorized about $550 worth of the recommended work because my car needed it. Had Bruce been patient, explained things calmly, and treated me like a valued customer instead of acting entitled, I likely would have gone ahead with the full $2,700 job. His attitude alone cost the shop a ton of potential revenue from me. I won’t be back to this location. I’ll take my business to another Brakes Plus there are 2 right within 5-8miles. Management needs to address this kind of behavior—retrain advisors like Bruce before they drive away more loyal customers. Very disappointing and frustrating.
