From then I was directed to the tire side where Jake took care of my car and made me feel comfortable! Thank you Jake! I just came from getting an oil change as well where I was helped by Richard who was very thorough, helpful and informative! Caleb was nice as well, thank you guys!!

STOP HIRING INEXPERIENCED 20 YEAR OLDS THAT CAN’T EVEN COUNT TO 5. Ain’t no reason for this BS. Multi billion dollar company and they can’t afford half decent techs that know HOW TO HAND TIGHT A OIL FILTER ITS DAY 1 LESSONS. Never again will I refer any nor give my business to any valvoline anywhere. This is beyond stressful and disgusting to deal with.
