They will respond to this with an email address but they will not answer the email. So now i will be reporting them because going from an $18 service to over $100 is scamming people and I will not let anyone else go through that.

My fiancée went in for an emissions test and they upsold her unnecessary filters, saying she wouldn’t pass without them — which was completely false. They overcharged her, and if it wasn’t for another customer speaking up, she would’ve never known. Went from an $18.50 service to being told it’s over $100. When they were confronted all they did was apply a discount but the service was still over $80 so that’s an additional unnecessary $60+. On top of that, after the emissions test, my vehicle didn’t even show up in the system when I tried to register it. Now I have to waste time and miss work just to fix their mistake. This place is dishonest and unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
