He seemed irratated that I asked him for help locating something since it was my first time doing it. There was not once a smile I saw from him, no friendliness and no professionalism. I honestly would not come here unless its urgent or an emergency.

Don't have that you close at 10:00 p.m. on your website in reality you close at 9:00 I drove all the way up there because the website says you stay open until 10: 00. I get there and the doors are locked two guys standing right there and they don't even pay attention to me. You could of at have at least had the decency to acknowledge me instead of acting like I wasn't even there why would your website say 10:00 p.m. but it's really 9 when you close 😡😡. Fix this so people aren't wasting gas to come up there only to find out you are closed. How can you manage a business when you can't even manage putting the correct time on your website.
