Chuck and Roman did a great job to take my vehicle in late in the day for flat repair. I strongly suggest anyone to trust these guys for your tire and service needs.

I recently took my truck and had a great experience from start to finish. The team did an amazing job working on my vehicle—they were thorough, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust, but this location definitely earned it. I’ll be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.

Chuck Sheridan and his crew at the Porter TX store took good care of me today. I had a tire with a slow leak. Luckily I also had the hazard coverage on it. They got the tire fixed and I was out in under an hour. It was great.

I was a walk-in, and as always, trying to get my tires rotated & balanced between other appointments. Though the schedule was tight, Roman was able to get my car in & out in what I consider record time. Staff here is both courteous and efficient. Thanks for the excellent service.

I am writing this fuming. If I could give negative stars, I would. I will not, under any circumstances, return there for service or refer any of my friends here to the NTB (soon be Mavis) in Porter, TX, unless I and they enjoy being lied to and treated like an idiot. I brought my car in for a simple tire rotation. Let me be clear: this car has 9,200 miles on it. The original tires. Practically brand new. After “inspecting” my car, the intake person came back with a straight face and told me I needed a new tire because the tread depth was supposedly at 5/32. When I balked, they dropped the bomb: the manager on duty refused to even rotate my tires. His excuse? It was "NTB policy" and he was afraid of "liability." I had to waste my time calling the manufacturer and pulling up the specs on my app . The legal minimum tread depth for this tire is 4/32 to 5/32. My tires were literally at the top end of the acceptable range. I showed this directly to the manager. His response? He dropped the corporate policy act and admitted it was HIS policy. Not NTB’s. His. Because I am 100% sure he wants to sell tires, not service them. It gets even uglier. He claimed his own technician apparently told him the depth was 4/32 (not even close to dangerous). To cover what I feel was his is own greed, this manager literally threw his technician under the bus in front of me, claiming the kid "didn't confirm it." It was pathetic to watch a grown man blame his staff to push a scam. The kicker? While I was waiting, another customer started talking to me. They told me they got the exact same script: "You need new tires, we can't rotate them." Coincidence? No. It’s a quota or a scam at best to boost sales. Bottom line: This manager tried to force me to buy tires I don’t need on a car with less than 10k miles. They refused a basic, free service to try and scare me into a sale. Save yourself the headache. Go to Discount Tire. Better yet, go to a different NTB. Go anywhere else. I feel these people here in Porter, NTB, soon be Mavis Tires & Brakes are dishonest, predatory, and clearly don't care about customer safety—only their sales and maybe commission.
