On top of that, the replacement took less than one minute—no exaggeration. This feels like a huge markup for something very basic and misleading if you’re not careful. My advice to other customers: do NOT agree to any extra services here without asking the price first. The oil change itself was fine, but the add-on charges are not reasonable. Very disappointing experience despite otherwise decent service.
