Fast forward to today. I needed new tires. I called and Kim answered the phone. I told her who I was and she remembered me. She checked on my tire size and recommended a good quality tire and verified they were in stock. I drove in and the technician got started right away! As this was a new (to me) vehicle, we could not locate the wheel lock key but the technician had one that would work. He removed the wheels and Kim ordered some new lug nuts to replace the locks. Kim got me in and out for a very reasonable price. I’m very pleased with the service I received from NTB and from Kim.
