When we went to return it we were informed they don’t take returns on generators and the employees laughed at us. Very poor customer service, would not recommend this location. Update: I was able to speak with an AutoZone representative named Alex who helped mediate the situation. He explained to me that per policy that they do not take returns on generators but because we were told the wrong information at the time of pickup he would allow us to return our generator since it was unused and in an unopened box. I am thankful Alex was understanding and helped get this all taken care of.
