  Very disappointed. Went into the store to purchase a light bulb. Grabbed it off-the-shelf, walked up to the register, where another customer was purchasing some towels, to pay for it. But was told I had to stand in the parts line behind 6 people waiting to have a variety of things looked up and obtained for them. I just wanted a light bulb. That I already had in my hand. It shouldn't take half an hour.

  Thoroughly impressed by an employee there named Preston. Great job on helping me over the phone and finding exactly what I needed. Rather it's just Preston's attitude or the management who's creating that culture but Preston's attention is enough for me to write this review. Appreciate it.

  I would like to say Thank you to the Mgr Jon and his employee Andre, I brought my truck in for a check engine light. After the read, my truck wouldn't start back up. Jon and Andrew took alot of time tracking down the problem. Very professional, swift, great customer service, quick to help fix the problem. Truck is back running. Thank you to Auto Zone for the Mgr Jon, and Andre. I would continue doing business with this location. Thank you. Great Team work.

  Absolutely amazing service, I needed a lot of help with what I should get for my car and one of your managers, William, went above and beyond to help me out. You should give him a promotion or else Im gonna change this to a one star review.
