- JCJaneen ConnerNov 25, 20255.0I will not get my oil changed by anyone else. The facility on Hwy 365 next to Walmart in Port Arthur employs a special needs person and I will support them for that as long as I can.
- NNNiaa93Oct 9, 20251.0went in for an oil change today around 5:20 PM. Jacob was the only one working and seemed visibly frustrated, as there were three cars ahead. When it was my turn, he asked, in a rather rude tone, “Didn’t we tell you to go to the dealership?” — referring to a previous visit where I was told I needed a new gas cap, which I had since ordered. He then told me the oil change would be $109. When I politely asked if I should pay now, he snapped, “No, I’ve got a lot of shhhht,” clearly annoyed. I understand everyone has bad days, but taking it out on customers is not acceptable — it’s not my fault he was alone or overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this kind of customer service has guaranteed I won’t be returning.
