- MLMegan LabeauxAug 25, 20255.0I went to AutoZone in hopes of receiving a new battery since the one I had was no longer working properly and I constantly needed to jump my car nearly everyday. Marybell at the front counter was so polite and had no problem with making sure I received the help needed. I'm so thankful that she took the time out to find a solution for me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is experiencing the same issue as me!

A young man went to see if he could find the 1 I brought with me that cane off my car. After about 4 minutes ge came back, he couldn't find it. He asked the manager, P.J. (who kept saying she was ready to go home) if they had that particular one. She then asked me if I would be replacing the door panel or someone else? I told her someone else. She replied " it's better if that person come, to eyeball it, because we have soo many and we wouldn't know which one". I went to the area to look for myself. After about 10 minutes I asked Google where could I buy them from? Autozone was 1 of the places that came up. I got on autozone website, put year, make, & model of my car. The panels came up with a reference number and company that makes them. I found them. Now here's the thing. Why as a manager she doesn't know that she could ho to the autozone website and find things in the store like I did? What if I would have just said okay, when she told me they have no way of knowing which ones to fit my car. I spent a total of 17 minutes in there unnecessarily. They need to do better. Did she just not feel like helping, or did she not know?
