  I felt like family from the moment I talked with someone on the phone, to waiting in the lobby! This is such a great company that actually cares about you, the quality of their work, and longevity of your car!! It only took about an hour to replace the windshield and recalibrate! Hope to not meet again with a broken windshield but I know I’ll be taken care of with warm smiles if so!!

  Titan Auto helped initiate an insurance claim to replace my cracked windshield. They also dispatched a mobile tech to my home the same day! The tech finished the repair within expectations and left me very satisfied that I didn't have to sit around a repair shop. I highly recommend Titan Auto. Shout-out to Melanie who handled my call!

  Melanie is a Rockstar!!! Took a rock to my windshield 10 minutes after leaving the dealership in my brand new Grand Highlander. Called Titan Auto Glass and Melanie answered ALL my questions over two phone calls. She was patient and explained the whole process to me step by step. I didn't bother calling any other glass place. She got my insurance company to pay for the OEM windshield. They had the windshield replaced and calibrated in 1 hour 15 minutes. No issues thus far. Would definitely give them my business again.   I got my car broken into last week and had made an appointment with Safelite for today a week ago because it was their earliest availability. When the time came today, they never showed and I went through 100 hoops to get a hold of someone to be told they weren’t coming. I called Titan Auto Glass and was met with Melanie who said they could get me in today for around $200 less than what the other guys quoted. Safe to say I am writing this in my car with a newly replaced window made possible by Titan! 5 stars! Great customer service! I will be recommending them forever! Thank you

  Highly recommended! My car is a ~2000 model, and windshields (with a HUD) are super hard to find. They're no longer manufactured, so need to go the aftermarket route, and those are still hard to come by. After being disappointed with a national chain, I called in to Titan. They were super friendly and helpful. Raegan located one in local inventory and had me scheduled in the next day in Plano. The whole process was easy peasy. came in at 2, out the door maybe 1.5 hours later. I'm very familiar with my car and had some questions. The tech was great, and took the time to explain what they did and also pointed out something unrelated to the windshield I should look at. Any windshield company can say they're the best and can do any vehicle, but these guys I would trust over any national chain any day of the week. They know their stuff - 20 years experience I believe he said. The way they explained what they did and the steps taken, gave me confidence Shout out to Melanie working the front desk. She's awesome! About the only tiny negative here is that since the windshield isn't OEM, some of the dimensions are ever so slightly off. Like the top weatherstrip piece is tight on the sides, but finger nail gap towards the middle. That won't affect anything, it's water tight. We're talking about a 20+ year old weatherstrip here, Titan wasn't supposed to replace that anyway. Also the HUD display on the inside of the windshield is ever so slightly compressed vertically. It's still easy to see, but is different (I'll get used to it) I assume that's down to the curvature of the glass. Thanks Titan Auto Glass.
