  Mohammed at Safelite was excellent. The whole process was simple and efficient from start to finish. Scheduling online was easy, coverage verification was smooth, and communication throughout was clear and professional. Mohammed was punctual, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated that he explained the difference between the Safelite product and the dealer product, and also gave helpful guidance on care and warranty information. Overall, a very easy, professional experience, and I would absolutely recommend Safelite.

  Awful experience with mobile service. Zero communication, technician came 2.5 hours AFTWR the service window with no prior communication or explanation or APOLOGY! Technicians were Lou, rowdy, cutting up and chatting the ENTIRE 2 hours it took. No wonder they were late. Must be getting paid by the hour! Will not use this service ever again despite insurance.

  Safelite is amazing!!! I had Christian service my car. Their website and booking is so smooth and simple! The time frames are reasonable and their ability to come out to you is so convenient. Highly recommend! The cost is as much as if I had paid my deductible for my insurance.

  Summary: Botched chip repair led to a completely cracked windshield. I brought my car here for a simple chip repair, and it has been a disaster from start to finish. The technician (E.) actually made the crack larger during the initial "repair." The final result had a visible bubble void in the center and a rough, unsealed, surface which are clear signs of poor craftsmanship. When I returned a month later to address these defects, a different technician was dismissive and flatly refused to re-apply the resin properly. Because they failed to seal the chip correctly, the structural integrity was compromised. Sure enough, after parking outside on a hot day, the crack spread across the entire windshield. Now, Safelite claims my "only option" is a full replacement. Their refusal to stand by their initial poor work has turned a minor chip into a major expense. Avoid this location if you want your glass handled with any level of competence or professional accountability.
