  Dont vacuum up your ear bud by mistake they will never give it back to you..i waited two days and didnt even get a call back...they said they wouldnt turn off at time becausethey didnt want to upset other people .but they didnt even do it after. Even if your a member im looking into other car wash now.... ending membership next month. Not using vacuums anymore

  This location has gone downhill since the ownership change from LandShark to Raceway. I was previously on a “family” plan with two vehicles, and after the transition, I was suddenly charged for two separate memberships — essentially doubling my cost. Trying to get this resolved was a headache. I had to speak with multiple managers, and instead of fixing the issue on their end, I was told to dispute the charges with my bank. That’s not how customer service should work, especially for something that was clearly caused by their system or transition. Because of that experience, I stopped going altogether. Recently, I decided to give it another shot, and unfortunately, it only confirmed my frustration. The setup is confusing and poorly executed. There’s a “members only” lane and a general lane, but the general lane doesn’t even have a functioning machine — you’re expected to wait for someone to come over, mainly to upsell you to a more expensive wash. After waiting in the heat for over five minutes, I moved to the members lane, which actually has a working screen. That’s when I was finally acknowledged — only to be told I was supposed to stay in the other lane and wait. The whole process feels disorganized and honestly a bit janky. It’s disappointing because the location is super convenient, but the customer experience and operations have taken a major step backward since the change in ownership. I won’t be returning.

  They’re charging $15 for this. I’m using other companies too but they at least a brush touch unreachable parts. Not happy

  Come to car wash to wash my car and no towels out at all. Spoke with the guy with all the piercing on his lips and he stated 3 mins. I only came to wash and wipe the car down due to not needing any vacuuming because I was in a rush for a date. lol but this is unprofessional and we the customer shouldn’t have to wait in the car waiting on towels. A few customers walking around because they came for a wash and dry but no towels. This is ridiculous. It’s not the worker fault’s but the company needs to fix the machine. They stated the reason it wasn’t no towels is because of the washer machine.
