So I came in to this location, as I had been here a few years ago. Initially I was going to just stop by and get a quote, checkout other tire shops. Ive heard great things about Discount Tire & Costco tires. But William was very honest, quick, and friendly. So I decided to get my front two tires changed here at NTB. While they were busy the staff was very nice and made sure I didnt feel forgotten. Happy with the overall experience!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mike, who was super helpful, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled for an appointment the very next day (03/20/2026 at 2 PM). When I arrived, I was greeted by the store manager, William, who was just as great. He took the time to walk me through a few additional questions I had and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. From the initial phone call to getting my vehicle serviced, the customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, great customer and helpful service.
