  I highly recommend getting your car serviced at this Kwik Kar location. The service was EXCELLENT. The person servicing my car was very knowledgeable about what I needed and did not try and sell anything I didn’t need. He even cleaned out a rat’s nest under the hood of my car and let me know how to prevent it from happening again!

  This location treated me with the utmost care when my car stalled pulling into their parking lot. They were busy taking care of customers and they were also a mechanic down, but they handled my vehicle with TLC. Needed to have a battery and alternator. Super thankful and will definitely return and highly recommend THIS LOCATION. THANK YOU CHARLES!!!!!

  If I could give this place a zero I would. I took it in for an inspection before I left town. When I picked the car up they didn’t have the paper copy of my inspection and was told there was a problem with the computer so they couldn’t reprint the report. I was assured everything was submitted successfully and if there was a problem just give them a call. Now I can’t register the car with the state because Kwik Kar didn’t submit the report. I called and now they want me to come back which I can’t because I am out of town and will be until after the registration expires.

  I had an emergency with a loose splash shield dragging on the road. I stopped by this Kwik Kar near closing time, and the manager, Charles, was incredibly professional. He immediately got my car on the lift and secured the shield for me. His technical expertise and helpful attitude are top-notch. It’s hard to find such honest and reliable service these days. I highly recommend this location for anyone in Plano needing fast, high-quality auto care. Thank you, Charles!
