  Whoever y'all have answering your phones you need a new one her customer service skills are the worst not knowing how to communicate with the client on the phone (what do you mean you don’t know). The prices for getting your car out of tow from a location where it’s ment to be parked is ridiculous Price gouging at its finest and their credit card machine not working and only taking cash who carries cash nowadays.

  Extremely disappointed with this towing company. We were made to wait over 2 hours just to get our car out of the parking lot. The reason? They didn’t have drivers available to move the other cars out of the way. Instead of solving the issue quickly, we were left waiting until 2:00 AM, which was incredibly frustrating and completely unnecessary. What makes it worse is that we followed every step of the procedure exactly as they asked. We did everything on our end, but there was absolutely no concern for basic customer service from their side. No proper communication, no urgency, and no respect for our time. Waiting that long in the middle of the night for something that should have taken minutes is unacceptable. Very poor service and a really frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 3/22/2026
