  James is always a pleasure to deal with when I come on site. He was funny, assured me the job would be done correctly by him, that he was moving fast and cared bout my experience. I unfortunately didn’t have any cash to tip him this time, but if you see this James, I got you next time brotha! Keep up the good work! I had called the place I purchased my tires as they do free rotations and it was going to take 3+ hours. I’d rather go to this Jiffy Lube, pay the small price after coupons and get it done in under an hour with good customer service. I’ll continue to come back!

  My transmission was perfectly fine before I came here. I only came in for a transmission fluid change, and right after that, my car started shifting rough. I went back and they tried to blame something else, even though the issue clearly started after their service. I asked them multiple times to check the transmission fluid level, but they didn’t even bother. It honestly seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. The technician looked unsure the entire time, like he didn’t even know which bolt to remove. Because they didn’t set the fluid level correctly, my transmission now shifts terribly. I also got an oil change the same day. After I left, I noticed oil leaking under my car. They didn’t tighten the oil filter properly, and I had to fix it myself. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this place.

  They took care of me better than any other quick oil change place I've wver visited. Customer service was the best. Gave me a coupon I was not even knowledgeable of and helpes me out WAY above ans beyond what I went there for. The management was great when I explained how his two staff members took care of me and im not that nice of a guy but I felt they needed to hear about the service from these individuals so I called the main branch and explained the circumstances of my visit and the service I received. It was that good. I recommend this store 110% .it's the one on university Ave in McKinney TX. Words can not describe the treatment I received. As most of you no this economy is crap ans prices are out of control but at this location they gave me more help and deals than I can write. If you need anything this store provides I guarantee you will receive it and then some. Much respect for the management and employees at this Jiffy Lube.. u can trust them ro so the job that you needed and they will do it and more for you. A 10 star rating...
