- TTTamlynMar 31, 20261.0Went to get my inspection done this past Sunday at this location and the guy came out of the garage and was super rude to me. My first and last time to go here. Apparently pulling around the back to get help like all the other locations ruined his day and he was gestering angrily for me to back up. He let me know real quick I needed to not be in that area and "first of all I'm not next and my wait would be an hour if I was lucky". So I took my business somewhere else. His tone was really rude, he must have been having a bad day- which was not my problem. Customer service is lost on some people. He didn't have to act like he did.

By the way front brakes was probably a sheet of paper by the looks of it or less. Thank God I have the money for them for replacing the brakes and rotors. Even though it was not planned to keep my car overnight but, I rather have the right parts to fit and have them done. Then not having it done at all. Overall great team, thank you for the the lady who was there im assuming office mgr, Dak, Gavin, Matt, and Coby.

They seem to actually care about their customers and don't try to rip them off by suggesting services that aren't needed. This location is a bit of a drive for me, but I'll be coming back because of the great customer service.
