  If I could give less money than one star I would. Went for an oil change in February. We had a flat tire a few weeks later and they said our truck was leaking oil and it was loose with 2 quarts low. Called the grease monkey and the person that answered the phone said that the oil filter on our truck wasn’t what they use. I said that’s why I’m calling $111 to change the oil but they just loosed the filter obviously and forgot to do the job… he said what do you want me to do about it???? I said I want you to refund me or I’m calling to dispute the charges. AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Wow!!

  I visited Grease Monkey in Plano today for a comprehensive service of my Honda CR-V, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.   I think the area on the hood and near the door handle could have been cleaned up, there was oil smudges on these areas that came from the oil change, the plate under the engine could have been wiped clean as well. Small things but important if you want five stars.
