  What a fantastic day with a fantastic salesperson! Enterprise car rental sales really has a very special person working for your best interest, and that is Motaz! He answered my questions and my son’s questions pertaining to my new vehicle with much care. I really appreciated that one on one customer service experience . He never rushed us and Motaz was very personable. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, I will come back to Enterprise car rental sales in Plano, TX. I will look forward to repeating my business again with Motaz. My son was so impressed that he said he would come there for his next vehicle. The General Manager, Brian was also kind to us and replaced the battery in my key remote. Thank you to the guys who detailed my new car! She looked good! Overall, a refreshing experience in car shopping and sales! What a great team!🤩🤗🥳👍🏽

  Motaz is a beast at what he does. He assisted me with finding the car I didn’t know I wanted. After taking it for a test drive, I couldn’t envision myself in anything else. I appreciate his patience, knowledge and respect of urgency with time sensitive matters. Thanks a ton for your help, enterprise has a piece of gold with Motaz on their team!

  Alright so it’s gonna mark a year here in July, but I am very happy with the help I continue to get from Alex S. When I first called to get my car traded in she answered all my questions with out making me feel like she was trying to get another sale. She gave me time and did not push for me to trade. A couple of months passed and Alex stayed in touch, unfortunately my car was totaled before I was able to trade it in. Thankfully Alex helped me from the comfort of my home to check my credit and find the best car and payment option for me. She handled everything, asked me what I was looking for and helped me find the best car. All I had to do was come in and sign. Till this day she continues to help me with any questions I have. My car turned off on me 2 months ago and Alex helped me get road side assistance and to get the assistance i needed to get my car up and running again. I am grateful for the help she continues to offer even after the sale. Most places just want to make a sale and forget about everything else. Thank you Alex S !!

  Tarik and everyone at Enterprise was simply delightful to work with. This was my second time buying at Enterprise Plano and it was even easier to find exactly what I wanted at a fair price. It is rare, and such a relief to deal with people you can trust.

  Tarik Saad is my hero. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Tarik. I was recently in a car accident and the 1st vehicle I purchased from Tarik was a total loss. Tarik helped me purchase a replacement vehicle. I really appreciate his patience and kindness. Tarik Saad has excellent customer service skills and he really makes a difference in people's lives by helping them secure safe, reliable transportation. Tarik helped me purchase a safe vehicle that I am very happy with. Tarik helped me setup my auto insurance and was very patient with me throughout the entire car buying process. Tarik was my hero both times I purchased a vehicle and I will never forget his kindness and patience. I was taking Uber and Lyft to my doctor's appointment and it was scary to me because I almost died in a car crash earlier this month. I am so grateful Tarik helped me purchase my new car because now I dont have to take Uber/Lyft and it makes me feel safer and like I have more independence. I love my new car so much because it feels so safe and has a lot of great features. I was struggling with delivering and picking up my child from school activities, but now that Tarik helped me get my new car - I have not had any issues with getting my child to/from school. I am so happy with my new car. Tarik let me test drive several cars and let me decide which car I liked the most. He made the process of buying a car stress-free and a lot easier than I expected. Tarik is very kind and patient - I hope Tarik receives accolades and recognition for his excellent customer service skills. Tarik brings value to his job that is irreplaceable. Tarik went the extra mile by coming to pick me up and stopping at the credit union so I could secure a blank check. I wish everyone could have the excellent car buying experience that I have had - both times, when buying from Tarik. My first car buying experience was so memorable that I knew I could not purchase my new car from anyone else except Tarik. I would highly recommend that Tarik be promoted to a higher position - where he can be compensated for traveling and training other car sales staff on how to deliver the most excellent car buying experience (I have purchased several cars in my life - Tarik Saad undeniably delivers the best car buying experience).
