Vacuums are free as well so if you are not in a hurry you can do the exterior cleaning and ask Timo for towels and shoot clean inside yourself. I frequently go to the one and Allen and this one in Plano and Trademark is one of the best Car wash locations in the area. Great experience and thank you Timo!!

We showed up during the off hours on a weekend afternoon. $25 for the “Best” wash. Sat in line for 7 minutes with one car in front of us and nearly 10 lining up behind us. No one at the front to usher the car in front through, we all just sat there with no attendant telling the first car to pull forward. Finally someone had to get out of their car and flag the staff down just to get the line moving. The wash itself was nothing special. Could’ve paid $8 for a basic wash at literally any other shop down the road and gotten the same result. Multiple spots of bird poop weren’t completely washed off. Brushes were way too aggressive. Fans didn’t even completely dry off all the water spots. Considered going back through again but after all the time we spent wasted in line and with new people lining up we just cut our losses. Overall definitely not the best, not even good… somehow still not the worst but we will not be back.
