  My experience as a dealership customer is limited, but I did work a custom Jeep dealership long ago, & I have to say that the hospitality that Sewell INEOS offers is just outstanding. I absolutely love my new car! Nathan Le helped us throughout the process & not only is he charming, funny, & warm, but he's super knowledgeable & has fantastic attention to detail. We were greeted warmly when we came in by the front desk & Nathan jumped out to come assist with our questions. He made everything easy & smooth for a first time car buyer so I hope he sticks around so I can visit with him when I bring my Grenadier back for service! My car was a birthday gift & they decked it out with the classic giant bow, balloons, a card with so many well-wishes, & even a cupcake. I have never felt so special! I am only a few days in with the Grenadier but I'm head over heels. I know I can come to Nathan with any questions I have, but he was so thorough with his explanations that I know I am starting off on the right foot. Thank you so much to the whole team at Sewell INEOS for making me feel like a queen!! Everyone always seems so positive & pleasant (without being pushy) - the atmosphere is just so welcoming & warm.

  I wanted to share how exceptional my experience was working with Blaine Petty and Sarah Fowlkes at Sewell. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. I thought purchasing a vehicle out of state would be complicated, but Blaine made everything straightforward, transparent, and stress-free. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and provided thorough documentation and communication at every step. Sarah was outstanding and incredibly organized throughout the process. She even arranged for a car to pick me up directly from the airport and bring me to the dealership, which immediately set the tone for the level of service Sewell provides. That level of coordination and attention to detail made a strong impression and made the entire experience seamless. There was never any pressure -just honest communication and a genuine effort to make sure everything was handled properly. Even after the sale, both Blaine and Sarah have remained responsive and helpful. The only downside is that I’ll probably have to fly down from Chicago every time I need a car. Thanks again for such a great experience!

  I recently purchased a special edition Ineos Grenadier here, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome and comfortable—it felt more like making new friends than just being sold a car. We were actually torn between two different vehicles, and the team was incredibly patient, even pulling them up side-by-side so we could compare them directly. That level of service really helped us make the right decision without feeling rushed. Blaine and Afam were absolutely fantastic to work with. Blaine was our primary salesperson, and his product knowledge is top-notch. He walked us through the Grenadier from top to bottom and explained exactly how every feature worked. Afam was also a huge help during the sale, and everyone kept the conversation friendly and professional. Even the manager took the time to come over, shake our hands, and thank us for stopping by. The finance process was just as impressive—fast, easy, and completely transparent. They were able to secure a fantastic rate and even structured a buy down for me, which was extremely helpful. If you are looking for zero sales pressure and a team that is transparent and easy to work with, I highly recommend coming here. We are glad to have our new Ineos!
