  That is generous a 1 ☆, drove my car 70 Miles to get an oil change and told the service guy that o was planning on trading it in I didn’t need anything special done to it other than the oil change, he said so no maintenance I told him no, they called me and said that they needed a part of Belgium that would take a few days, turned into weeks, got a call on a Thursday that car was ready but I explained that I had a very busy weekend and following week that I would pick up in about 1” days, got an email 3 or 4 days later telling me if I didn’t pick up my car and bring the loaner back I would have to pay for the loaner, drove the 70 miles to pick up my car and the oil wasn’t changed or anything, apparently I told them not to do it and all the service lights are still on, told them I was planking on trading it in and the service guy said “we get cars traded in all the time that are passed service miles”. Really???? I live the look of the car but this is not the 1st time I’ve encountered problems with staff in Plano, it’s not worth having a car that you have to drive 70 miles to for service and crappy people? Can’t wait to trade it in and close this chapter of my life

  I am doing a cross country trip from FL to CA and my check engine light came on last minute. Sewell got me in their first appointment for my Grenadier. I was done in an hour which was perfect for my 10+ hour trip. Thank you for the great service Bill!!

  The 1 Star review is based upon the issues that I continue to have. The check engine light continues to pop on after filling up the vehicle. (No I do not top it off or anything like that). What happens when the check engine light goes on the vehicle looses some function. (I've now been at the dealership 5 times in the last 11 months. Lastly, sometimes when I turn on the vehicle 3 to 4 warning lights come on ( after turning off and back on they disappear). Also I noticed the heating and cooling system inside the vehicle when you turn the vents to only be on mid and lower - it doesn't matter. If you are considering this vehicle I recommend that you research online, and know what you are getting. At the dealership I purchased the tire and windshield insurance...and I'm still waiting for the windshield replacement after a month. When I called and said that I need it replaced sooner because the crack is in the center of my focus - they said sorry there is nothing they could....not even give me a loaner car until it's replaced.
