  My engine light came in at 49900 miles which is well within new vehicle warranty. Drove it in for service. By the time i reached service center mileage went over 50k. They immediately denied warranty claim and asked to charge around $1k. Been servicing my vehicle here for over 2 years and they didn't even bring a service manager to discuss a goodwill warranty option. Reached out to BMW NA corporate office to see my option. While they have been good with providing loaner vehicle, they price has always been on higher end compared to nearby locations

  I purchased an X5 50e hybrid a month ago, and within the first week, I encountered an engine light warning. It took the service team three days to resolve the issue. By the second week, the car developed drivetrain and high-voltage engine problems, struggling to start. This time, the service process took an entire week, with minimal communication on the cause of the issue. Every time I raised concerns, I was repeatedly told, “That’s why there’s a warranty.” But is that really acceptable for a premium vehicle known for reliability? To make matters worse, I was assured this was a rare issue—yet my friend, who bought the same model in the same week, is facing the exact same frustrations. Even the brand-new loaner car I received had an engine light warning for the same model, which raises serious concerns about an underlying issue BMW service centers are either unaware of or not addressing. I also reached out to BMW Genius via email and never received a response. While Sewell’s service is decent in terms of providing loaner cars, getting a similar model required excessive follow-ups and requests. Given my experience, I now regret choosing BMW and Sewell for both purchase and service over Mercedes or another brand.

  Delaney offered excellent service when I brought my vehicle for repairs. I dropped my car and left with a loaner within 20 minutes.
