  I had a very poor experience with this location/Penske on June 5th-9th, 2025. Was sent a rating request by corporate via email on June 9th following my retuning of the truck. Filled it out on the 9th and requested to be contacted by corporate. It is June 25th and I haven’t heard from anyone. I will try contacting them again. Do not use Penske… Received a dirty truck with NO oil, an oil leak, no windshield wiper fluid. Had to do an oil change and fill windshield wiper fluids myself. Alignment was off - had to drive the truck about 15-20 degrees left hand down across the entire country. I pre ordered 24 moving pads, but when I arrived, there were only four left.

  If your looking for a truck or van definitely go here Chris was a ton of help and helped us sort out any issues while we were renting from them.

  Outstanding Customer Service. I usually use another truck rental company and wouldn't waist my time writing something negative. I chose Penske and chose this location bc it was close ( mileage 😉) I was called the day before pick up to confirm (that's 3 🌟's already) The gentleman who runs this store was amazing and helpful. Not to mention educated, well dressed, professional and a great attitude. The office was sparse but the truck (and he made sure I was in a newer model and flawless running truck) They're a little more expensive than the other company...but in this case, especially when you're responsible for a 70,000 truck and an open credit card do not be cheap. You do truly get what you pay for) I'm happy! Thanks Penske Plano!!!
