  Mike at NTB was super polite and professional. It was almost closing time and he assisted me as if the store had just opened for the day. Not only did he assist, but he educated me along the way. I’m super grateful for his help and kindness.

  Had a small leak in one of my tires and decided to give this NTB a try. They fixed it much faster than I anticipated and the price was amazing. To top it off, the front desk staff was excellent and accommodating.

  Mike provided outstanding service from start to finish. Oil change and alignment were done efficiently, pricing was fair, and communication was great. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

  I went to this location only to get a tire replaced, since we’ve been to this one before with no issues. I was convinced to get an oil change too, since I told the guy that we were going to be going on a road trip the next day. I said I normally just go to the 5 minute oil change place, and he basically told me that he wouldn’t go there. I ask how long it would take, and he said 25-30 minutes. (Turns out, it took about 2 hours)My car gets finished, and he said that they will drive it around. I’m waiting, and then I turn around and see my car has been put back up. The person tells me that when they drove it off, oil began to pour from it. He then goes on to say that the oil filter housing on it probably had a crack and the hot and cold must’ve cracked it or whatever. He then says that they don’t have that part in stock, and that my car will have to stay overnight. My husband is on the phone with me at the time, and tells him that we need my car tonight. So the guy is able to find the part somewhere, and then proceeds to tell us this y it will $60 for the part. My husband says that we’re not paying that, because it’s not on us. The guy tries to argue and say and explain why it crack. After some back and forth, he then says fine they will cover it. He goes to the back, and actually learns from the mechanic that the housing filter was twisted way to tight. It was pretty much a brand new filter because my husband and father in law had replaced it a few months ago. Husband forgot about that, until he was talking to his dad. The guy shows me the filter and it looks sooo bad with holes and torn plastic from the person overly tightening it. He did end up apologizing, because he said he shouldn’t have assumed and offered a free oil change next time. However, the trust is gone and we will not be returning. I am hugely pregnant, and it just seems so reckless for the mechanic to think that it was okay to let me possibly drive off like that. My engine could’ve been ruined. This is just a warning, that if you have the housing filter. Take a picture beforehand if you can. Also did not want to name the guy.
