  Love this location because it’s super close to my house but mostly because of the great customer service, the team went out of their way to fix my bumper on top of the other routine services. Really appreciate these guys!

  Manager Charles was very personable and friendly though i told him i would give him a 5 star review and it felt like he took that as an in to keep pushing me to the back of the queue. just over 4 1/2 hours later my oil change was finally completed. 👎

  I got there right before the store opened and was greeted right away. Quick, efficient service by the team, offered recommendations as well and had me on my way. Will definitely be referring people to this location and I’ll be back myself!

  Great experience! I came in for an emissions inspection and was promptly greeted. The service was completed in a timely manner. Additional routine filter changes and tire rotation was suggested in a very non aggressive manner. I am very satisfied with the level of service received and will come back with my other vehicles.

  The new Manager, Charles, at Kwik Kar is a customer's dream come true. We pulled in at a busy time and one employee was on lunch break. He let us know the wait time for our inspection and told us if we would like to come back in 45 minutes for our oil change and inspection he would save a spot for us and he actually did. We came back and immediately were escorted into the waiting room and they started on our car. They did our oil change and started on our inspection, which did not pass to our surprise. Charles took a quick look and determined we had a loose battery cable. He tightened it up and told us to come back to get our car inspection redone. He checked for the easier things first which was great because it is a new car and has under 30,000 miles on it. He advised that we were almost at the mileage point for fuel injector cleaner and new spark plugs. We had a coupon and he worked out a discount so we had those done at that time. It is always great when you find honest people when it comes to your vehicle as so many nowadays are looking to up their sales and make money even when your vehicle doesn't need work done. While are vehicle was being serviced we enjoyed pleasant conversation with Charles and he even shared some of his home made deer jerky with us, which was very tasty. This was the best experience we have ever had at Kwik Kar and this will definitely be the place we will continue to take our vehicles for maintenance. We highly recommend this location. It was a great move putting this Charles at this location as it was lacking in many areas that it is now excelling in. Great job on whipping that store into shape!!!! We hope he will be here for many years to come!!! We look forward to many more visits and conversations with his pleasant and humourous nature. The young man who did the work on our vehicle was efficient and very polite. They seem to have a great team of hard-working individuals at this Kwik Kar. Charles: Thank you for such a pleasant experience getting our car serviced. Thank you for being honest about what we needed serviced and applying discounts where you were able to. Have a great day!
