  I had a loose oil pan cover that was dragging and they took it off for me so I could drive my car to the dealership to get it repaired. They were very nice and accommodating and did not charge me.

  I Had one of my Service vehicles there for an oil change, they finished that up and and the young guy supposedly took a sample of my brake fluid and said a brake flush would be recommended… I had never had this done before and my 2019 transit had 40k miles and he said it was overdue and recommended by Ford so I agreed to the $100+ price for the brake service … he goes outside and was back in and I would say 5 minutes tops. I was shocked it was so quick. Later that day I took a look and it seemed all the wheels covers were still dirty and there were no evident signs the brake service was even done.. Im about 99% sure it wasnt..

  Da-kwuon did a fanatic job getting my two cars in and out for inspection and had amazing customer service! Fast, easy simple and no hassle. The oil change on one of the cars was super quick and good value as well!

  I have been a customer of Kwik Kar before, but never experienced this great of service at the other location. For the first time, I was given an explanation as to what needed to be done. I appreciated all their help!

  I had one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had at Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Care in Plano, Texas — all thanks to AAron. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. Not only did he clearly explain what was going on with my vehicle, but he also took the time to physically show me what he was referring to. That level of transparency made such a difference. I never felt rushed, pressured, or talked down to — which unfortunately can happen sometimes in auto service settings. AAron made sure I understood my options, what was urgent versus what could wait, and why. His honesty and willingness to educate me gave me complete confidence in the service provided. If you’re in the Plano area and want someone who genuinely cares about customer service and integrity, ask for AAron. Exceptional experience from start to finish.
