It took 30 minutes for the untrained individual to get someone on the phone and the an additional 15 to fix. They also didn't tighten the oil filter, and now I have an oil stain on my new driveway and a customer driverway. Two simple mistakes that should have never happened. I will never bring my car back here again.

He did an exceptional job explaining a couple of things to me pertaining to my car. I was in and out in no time. I've been a customer of this location since I was in high school, the late 90's.
