  Great work using OEM parts , and on your side when insurance try’s to play hard ball. Adam updated me every step of the way, and is great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

  I was recently in a collision. After doing some research, I had my vehicle towed to Linear Automotive. Unfortunately after additional review, turns out my vehicle is totaled. I reached out to Sully who actually gave me a heads up and let me know that my vehicle was totaled. He shared steps on what I should expect next as far as my insurance company contacting me, etc. He also suggested that I pull out my maintenance receipts so that I could get the most $ for my vehicle. I went to collect my personal items from my vehicle. Sully was very kind and nothing but a pleasure. Although I did not have any actual work completed, the top notch service and the kindness speak volumes

  Just got back my Mercedes R350 to have several dents & scratches repaired and a BIG dent in the back end of my vehicle repaired. I am soo happy with the results! It looks great and we couldn't be happier with the results. It was nice and clean when we picked it up too! Sulley was easy to work with and very informative. I will definitely go back in the future if needed and will recommend to friends. Thanks again Linear Automotive, for making my car look even better than it used to!

  Joel is as honest as the day is long and he's one of the few that if you don't know anything about a car, will actually explain things in a term you understand rather than using your lack of knowledge as a reason to screw you over. I've seen a lot of shops that see the less you know about a vehicle in you the more chances they have to take advantage of you. I've never had trouble referring someone who has zero knowledge of vehicles to Linear because I know the guys up at Linear are all hand picked by Joel, and Joel is not only honest, but he's a perfectionist too. Joel runs a tight ship and can get a car in and out quicker than any dealership I've ever worked with and considering that the dealership stocks most parts and or can get them delivered quicker, Joel still manages to get you your car back quicker, cheaper, and deliver a higher quality of craftsmanship than many high end dealership run repair shops. Joel's the only person that you can trust your vehicle to time and time again and never have to worry about shortcuts being taken or sub par parts being used. It's a tough world out there, with a lot of people who have no problems screwing you over for a buck. Joel will take money out of his own pocket before he'll pass on a loss to someone because he's one of those few businessmen who realize that in the end, it all comes back to you.
